At KHM Construction Private Limited, we seek to ensure complete customer satisfaction. However, we understand that circumstances may arise requiring project cancellations or refunds. Our policy is designed to be transparent and fair, outlining the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are handled.

1. Cancellation of Project
  • At Booking Phase
    • Time Period
      • Within 24 hours of paying the booking fee.

    • Eligibility
      • 90% refund of the booking amount.

      • 10% of the booking amount will be deducted as administrative charges.

  • At Design in Progress
    • Time Period
      • At any point during the design process.

    • Eligibility
      • No refund. No cancellation.

  • At Manufacturing and Installation
    • Time Period
      • After the Sales Order is raised and payment of 50% of the order value is made.

    • Eligibility
      • No refund. No cancellation. Customers are obligated to pay the balance of the Sales Order value.

2. Cancelling or Replacing Product(s) in Your Order
  • 1. Booking Fee

    A booking fee of 20% of your projected quote is required to secure KHM Construction Private Limited’s services.

  • 2. Design in Progress

    During the active design stage, you may replace or remove products in the tentative quotation before the final Sales Order is raised. Should you choose to cancel the project at this stage, no refund will be issued after 24 hours of making the booking payment.

  • 3. Sales Order

    Once the final Sales Order is raised, and payment of 50% of your order value is made, KHM Construction Private Limited will proceed with the manufacturing and sourcing of your products. At this stage, cancellation, replacement, or modification of items is not permitted.

  • 4. Installation

    Upon completion of manufacturing, sourcing, and prior to installation, no item cancellation, replacement, or modification is allowed. The customer must fulfil the payment of the outstanding Sales Order balance.

3. Payment methods

KHM Construction Private Limited offers multiple online and offline payment options for your convenience.

  • 1. Online Payments

    Each quotation will include an online payment link processed through a secure payment gateway. Payments can be made using all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and wallets. For bank/wire transfers, please contact your designer for payment details.

  • 2. Offline Payments

    To opt for offline payment methods, speak to your designer. All cheques or drafts must be made in favour of KHM CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED..

To cancel a project, request a cancellation or email us at info@houseinnovate.com.

Refunds are typically processed within 15 working days of the cancellation request. The customer care team will notify you once the refund is processed.

The refund will be transferred to the bank account provided by the customer.

After the Sales Order is raised, cancellation is not possible as the sourcing and manufacturing process has begun. Customers are required to honour the order and complete the balance payment.

With the project nearly complete, cancellation is not an option. Customers must honour the payment terms and complete the balance payment.
